Learning Tower good for 18mo and up

What does this mean for you? Well, the main competitor of the Learning Tower, the Kitchen Helper, is designed for kids 3 and up. This is probably because it takes more balance and body awareness to climb into the Kitchen Helper.

But think of it. At 18 months, your toddler is ready for all the excitement you’re willing to give her. Yes, there’s a lot she still can’t do, but she wants to be involved with you in every way she can. It was a little nerve-wracking, but he seemed to realize pretty quickly that he was actually up in the air, and he was careful. He never fell out or had any trouble.

The Tower also meets developmental needs of toddlers. It seems like a shame to have to wait until a child is three to get them involved in what you’re doing in the kitchen. That’s a year and a half of good interactions and quality time that you’re missing.
